Shipping policy

All stocked items will be shipped within 1-3 days using Australia Post.

All custom designed orders (Pending stock availability & discussed with customer - Buy-ins etc) will be shipped within 7-10 days using Australia Post.

Due to the  COVID-19 pandemic, Australia Post continue to deliver to all Australians, and  Post Offices remain open in line with government restrictions - as they have throughout each lockdown since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Whilst they continue to ensure a high quality and fast quality of service Express Post remains the fastest postal service, but the next-business-day guarantee is currently suspended.
